Organizing returns & exchanges for registered customers
Please note that with a valid reason or damage with the product you are eligible to return & exchange the item but based on our policies no refund will be arranged . The product must be in showroom conditions to proceed with a return & exchange.

To organize a return & exchange, please complete the following steps within 7 days of receiving your order.
Head to the Contact page and fill the form. Quote your order number and list the items you wish to return. If you are looking to make an exchange, please also quote the product name and desired size.
You will receive an email with the status of your return or exchange.

Additional information
Returned items must be received within 7 days for UAE orders, and 14 days for other countries of the return request approval date. Any returns received after the mentioned period will not be processed and the goods will be returned to the customer.
Please note that only your first return/exchange is free. Additional returns will incur a shipping fee.
Any items included but not listed in the returns request will not be accepted.
All orders must be returned in one package.
All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure you include any belts and any designer packaging that may have been included.
All items are quality checked before dispatching, however, if you receive a damaged or faulty item then please head to the Contact Us page, and fill out your order details in the form within 48 hours of receiving or call+971 4 235 6092.
Our Customer Care team will email you to confirm that your return item(s) has been received and will process the exchange.
Should you wish to repeatedly exchange items, the return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
